THE PROCESS

  • I. Inquire

    After reaching out through our contact page, we’ll begin with a brief questionnaire and a phone call. This helps me get to know you and your partner, understand your vision, and learn how I can best support all your stationery dreams—for your wedding and any events along the way!

  • II. Investment & Customization

    Now that we have a full understanding of what you’re looking for, I can provide a clear and detailed outline of your investment. From there, we can work together to add or adjust elements to ensure everything fits comfortably within your ideal budget while still capturing your vision
    for every event.

  • III. Booking

    Once we’ve agreed on all the elements needed to bring your stationery vision to life, we’ll move forward with officially booking your date. A 50% deposit will secure your spot, and I’ll send over a contract for you
    to review and sign.

  • IV. Design Phase

    Now for the fun part—design!
    We’ll start by creating a Pinterest board or mood board that captures all your ideas, colors, assets, and the overall vibe of your day. From there, I’ll send over your design mockups, and we’ll collaborate on revisions until we’ve created the perfect proof for you to approve.

  • V. Production

    Once you’ve approved your proof, we’re off to production!
    Production typically takes 4–6 weeks, depending on the intricacy of your order.

  • VI. Delivery & Final Payment

    Once production is complete, your stationery will be carefully packaged and shipped directly to you. After you receive your order, the final invoice for all invitation assets will be due. For day-of details, final payment is required 48 hours before your event.

  • Couples invest a minimum of $1,500 for wedding invitation suites and $3,000 - $6,000 on day of details. Doesn’t sound like that is in your budget? Reach out and let’s see what we can do for you! Every couple is different and we treat each event case by case from design proposal to budget.

  • No, we do not mail your invitations directly to your guests. We will mail all assets of your invitations directly to you and you will package and send out! If you would like us to send them on your behalf, an additional “White Glove” service fee will be applied.

  • We recommend reaching out approximately ten to twelve months from your wedding date. Save the dates will ideally be sent 10 months out and day of wedding suites will be sent 3 months out. Day of detail planning will happen through out the process with bulk design process targeted for 3 months prior to your big day!

  • Yes! Invitations will come with three mockup options to choose from with 3 revisions. Fill service day of details will come with 2 mockups with unlimited revisions!
